This is good news, but I have a complaint. I live in MD & many counties ALREADY HAD OPTICAL SCAN systems for several years before they were forced to change in 2001. The touch screen machines were a solution for a problem that DID NOT EXIST! So the taxpayers' money has been wasted by a corrupt experiment and we have to pay again to fix it!
